Dear Users,
To further optimize our platform rules, we are making the following adjustments to the coupon recall rules (including Deposit Reward Coupon and Deposit Coupon).
I. Coupon Recall Rules Before Adjustment
Under the previous rules, there was a "No Recall When Loss Threshold Is Met" provision:
When a user's net loss ≥ coupon face value + valid deposit amount, the coupon would not be recalled.
II. Coupon Recall Rules After Adjustment
1. Cancellation of the "No Recall When Loss Threshold Is Met" Rule
The "No Recall When Loss Threshold Is Met" rule will be officially discontinued.
Under special circumstances, the coupon value may be subject to loss. When the user's futures account balance is sufficient, the full coupon value will be recalled.
2. Example
If a user claims a 600 USDT coupon and the following situation occurs during usage:
- The user's principal has been fully depleted.
- The remaining coupon balance is 502 USDT.
- The user subsequently deposits 1,000 USDT again, of which 98 USDT will be converted into coupon balance.
Upon coupon recall:
- The platform will recall a total of 600 USDT in coupon value.
- Of which, 98 USDT will be recalled from the user's second deposit of 1,000 USDT.
